Kullu Dusshera Festival & International Dance and Music Festival at New Delhi and Kullu respectively in October-November 2023

The International Dance and Music Festival & Kullu Dussehra Festival are being organized at New Delhi and Kullu respectively during the month of October 2023 in collaboration with Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), an autonomous organization of the Government of India, involved in India's global cultural relations, through cultural exchange with other countries and their people. 

ICCR has proposed Indian Embassies to nominate dance and music groups comprising of about 8 to12 artists showcasing colourful presentation of their countries. The visiting group are expected to present 5 to 6 performances in both the festivals and in about 3 to 4 cities of India including New Delhi and Kullu. Kullu Dussehra Festival Authority has also desired to present a joint cultural presentation of foreign artists with Indian artists for which rehearsals for a day or two can also be scheduled in Kullu of interested international group. As per existing terms and conditions, ICCR will provide facilitation of grant of entry visa for India, local hospitality including boarding/lodging, intercity and local transport, all costs on presentation of programmes including venue, technical and publicity for organizing the festival. The sending side or the group will have to bear the cost on international air passage, medical insurance and performance charges/fees, if any payable to artists. The group will have to reach New Delhi in between 15-17 October and their final departure is expected from New Delhi by 2-3 November 2023.
