Rangoli Making event


The Embassy organised ‘Rangoli Making’ event as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration and to mark the auspicious occasion of the MakarSakranti on 13.01.2022 at the iconic Circo Massimo in Rome, one of the most visited landmark of the city. The event was attended by the Ambassador, other Embassy officials and students studying in Italy.

The event also drew few enthusiastic Italians who tried their hands in making the Rangoli, besides drawing attention of curious onlookers. The three distinct Rangloli designs were made depicting flowers, elephant and traditional urn (Kalash). All the three designs were linked by writing AKAM.
