The Embassy of India in Rome intends to procure the following items:

The item will be used in the Mission's Auditorium for official events such as meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions etc

The projector needs to installed in the ceiling of the roof in the Auditorium and the projection has to be on large screen already installed on the stage

Terms & Conditions

  • The successful bidder(s) will deliver the items at the following address:

  • The price will include delivery and setting up/installation of the equipment.

  • The item is to be delivered within a month of the purchase order.

  • The projector would have a guarantee period of one year/two years for workmanship. The specifics of the item, technical features, etc. should be clearly mentioned in the bid document.

  • Condition of payment: On receipt of invoice after delivery of the items.

  • Suppliers are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope describing in detail the full specifications/cost of each item. Bidders can submit their bids in two sealed envelopes with “Technical Bid” & “Financial Bid” by March 28, 2023 at Embassy of India, Via XX Settembre, 5 - 00187, Rome, Italy
