General Notice- Beware of people speaking on behalf of the Embassy of India without its Authorization

GENERAL NOTICE

It has come to the notice of Embassy of India, Rome that some people have been speaking on behalf of the Embassy over social media platforms on issues related to the Indian community in Italy without the knowledge of the Embassy or its authorization.
Please be informed that such persons are misleading the Indian community. No private person/entity has anything to do with respect to the consular services being rendered to the Indian community by the Embassy of India, Rome.
The Embassy of India Rome has not authorized any representative or agency to provide services like passports, marriage/death/birth certificates, OCI cards and document attestations etc. The Embassy deals directly with the applicants who can approach the Embassy for any kind of help and assistance required.

भारतीय दूतावास, रोम के संज्ञान में आया है की कुछ लोग दूतावास की सूचना एवं अनुमति के बिना इटली में भारतीय समुदाय संबंधित मुद्दों पर सोशल मीडिया पर भारतीय दूतावास का नाम इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं.

सभी को यह सूचित किया जाता है की ऐसे व्यक्ति इटली में भारतीय समुदाय को गुमराह कर रहे है. दूतावास द्वारा समुदाय को प्रदान किये जाने वाली कांसुलर संबंधित सेवाओं के सम्बन्ध में किसी निजी व्यक्ति अथवा संस्था का कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं हैं.

भारतीय दूतावास, रोम ने पासपोर्ट / विवाह / मृत्यु / जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, ओ.सी.आई. कार्ड एवं  दस्तावेज सत्यापन आदि जैसी सेवाओं को प्रदान करने के लिए किसी भी प्रतिनिधि या एजेंसी को अधिकृत नहीं किया हैं. इन सभी सेवाओं के लिए दूतावास आवेदकों से सीधे संपर्क रखता है जो दूतावास से किसी भी तरह की सहायता अथवा आवशकता के लिए सम्पर्क कर सकते हैं.
